We are seeking a dynamic and strategic International Technology
Deployment & Business Development Specialist to join our
global team. This role is pivotal in expanding our technological
solutions across international markets, fostering strong business
relationships, and driving growth initiatives. The ideal candidate
will possess a blend of technical understanding, market insight,
and exceptional negotiation skills to facilitate successful
deployment and partnership development worldwide. This position

Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of new technologies internationally by coordinating with cross-functional teams, clients, and local partners.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new market opportunities and expand existing markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, vendors, and stakeholders through effective customer relationship management.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful technology implementation and adoption.
- Conduct market research to understand regional needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, partnership agreements, and licensing deals to maximize value for the company.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored messaging and campaigns for different regions.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Provide training and support to local teams on new technologies and deployment processes.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning.
- Proven experience in business development within the technology sector, with a focus on international markets.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and forming strategic partnerships.
- Project management expertise to oversee complex deployment initiatives from inception to completion.
- Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to global markets and experience working with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication skills tailored for diverse cultural contexts; fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Business development experience that includes customer relationship management at an international level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees are advantageous.
